辦理學歷學位認證步驟
　　登錄教育部的國外學歷學位認證系統(tǒng)：renzheng.cscse.edu.cn
　　1.注冊填寫信息
　　你需要在網上注冊新用戶并填寫你的個人信息以及提交認證申請表。學歷認證官網請點擊這里，尋找登陸框下的“如是新用戶，請點擊注冊用戶”標識。
　　2. 遞交材料繳費
　　按要求到選定的驗證點遞交申請材料和支付認證費用。
　　3. 查詢認證進度
　　在學歷認證官網上登錄注冊帳號查詢認證進度。
　　4. 認證完成后領證
　　系統(tǒng)中顯示“認證完成”后，就可以去領認證結果了。
　　辦理國外學歷學位認證交驗材料清單
　　1.一張二寸（或小二寸）藍色背景證件照片；
　　2. 需認證的國外源語言（頒發(fā)證書院校國家的官方語言）學位證書或高等教育文憑正本原件和復印件。（也就是學校寄給你的學位證原件。例如下圖）
　　3. 需認證學位證書或高等教育文憑所學課程完整的正式成績單原件和復印件；如以研究方式學習獲得的學位證書，需提供學校職能部門（如學院、學籍注冊部門或學生管理部門）開具的官方研究證明信原件和復印件，研究證明信內容應說明學習起止日期（精確到月份）、專業(yè)名稱、研究方向、所授予學位等信息。
　　　4. 需認證的國外學位證書（高等教育文憑）和成績單（研究證明信）的中文翻譯件原件（須經正規(guī)翻譯機構（公司）進行翻譯，個人翻譯無效。
　　5. 如在國內高校就讀期間到國外高校學習獲得國外學歷學位證書，申請者需提供國內高校的畢業(yè)證書原件和復印件或者學信網（http://www.chsi.com.cn/）學籍注冊證明材料。該項主要是針對2+2或是和大學本身有和國外大學交流的同學需要看的。
　　6. 申請者留學期間所有護照（含護照首頁-個人信息頁、末頁-本人簽字頁、以及所有留學期間的所有簽證記錄和出入境記錄）原件和復印件。如果申請者留學期間護照已超出有效期限，還需提供在有效期限內的護照原件或有效身份證件原件和復印件。
　　認證時是要準備護照的。要看里面的簽證信息，主要看看你是不是在上學的那段時間里面都呆在那個國家。有一個同學護照丟了，補了新護照，上面沒有原始的信息，但是也是有解決方案的，可以聯(lián)系當?shù)氐闹袊�使領館，讓他們開具證明，也可以在中國找到該國家駐中國使領館，依據(jù)當時的出入境證明，出具證明，然后遞交就沒問題了。當然護照丟失是個很復雜的問題，一定要看看官網上對于護照丟失的解決方法。
　　7. 申請者親筆填寫的授權聲明。

什么是國外學歷學位認證
答：所謂國（境）外學歷學位認證是指中國留學服務中心根據(jù)歸國留學生提出的申請，鑒別國（境）外學歷學位證書或高等教育文憑辦法機構的合法性，甄別國（境）外大學或其他高等教育機構辦法的學歷學位證書或具有學位效用的高等教育文憑的真實性，對國（境）外學歷學位與我國學歷學位的對應關系提出認證咨詢意見，為通過認證評估的國（境）外學歷證書或高等教育文憑出具書面認證證明，以及為未通過認證評估的國（境）外學歷學位證書或高等教育文憑出具未獲認證通知單。

國（境）外學歷學位證書的認證范圍：
　　1. 在外國大學或其他高等教育機構攻讀正規(guī)課程所獲相應學歷學位證書或高等教育文憑；
　　2. 在經中國國務院教育行政部門批準的中外合作辦學機構（項目）學習所獲國（境）外學歷學位證書，在經中國各省、自治區(qū)、直轄市人民政府審批，并報中國國務院教育行政部門備案的高等�？平逃�、非學歷高等教育的中外合作辦學機構（項目）學習所獲國（境）外高等教育文憑；
　　3.在中國澳門特別行政區(qū)及臺灣地區(qū)大學或其他高等教育機構攻讀正規(guī)課程所獲相應學歷學位證書或高等教育文憑。在中國香港特別行政區(qū)大學或其他高等教育機構攻讀正規(guī)課程所獲學士以上（含學士）層次的學歷學位證書。
國外學歷認證的意義是什么？
1、唯一性：留服認證是在中國大陸范圍內對于國（境）外文憑的真實有效性以及同中國大陸學歷學位體系對應關系的唯一權威的確認方式。
　　2、必要性：根據(jù)國家相關部委和國務院學位委員會辦公室的相關規(guī)定，留服認證是報考公務員，國有企事業(yè)單位入職，高等教育學位報考，大型外企入職時必須提交的國（境）外學歷學位的證明資料；同時在此類單位職位升遷和調整時也同樣需要向人事部門提供留服認證。

國外學歷認證的服務人群是哪些？

一般而言，是針對全體在國外留學而回國的人員，其中包括港澳留學生、回國進修研究人員等廣泛意義上的留學回國人員。
